brain teaser 1
I am not yet done with posting all of our "gReEn DaY" pics! =) while waiting for our beautiful pictures, try to answer this mind-boggling puzzle...
Three people check into a hotel. They pay £30 to the manager and go to their room. The manager suddenly remembers that the room rate is £25 and gives £5 to the bellboy to return to the people. On the way to the room the bellboy reasons that £5 would be difficult to share among three people so he pockets £2 and gives £1 to each person. Now each person paid £10 and got back £1. So they paid £9 each, totalling £27. The bellboy has £2, totalling £29. Where is the missing £1?

Speed Dating
Have you heard of speed dating? I came across this article in Metro magazine about a group called Six Degrees who organize speed dating events. This group will take care of everything --- the place, food and your dates! All you have to do is register and show up.
I think this is a good way to meet people and make new friends. Although none of my friends has actually tried this, I think it's worth a try.

my hunny bunny and the notpa!eugene (or notpa... hehehe. he will kill me if he reads this) is my male bestfriend at work! =) he's a fellow QSP and i love floorwalking with him... i won't tell you what we're talking about when we're doing rounds or you might hate us...hehehe....
he's one of the people i know who is not judgmental but often misinterpreted.
anyway, i told him not to waste his time with those people! he knows who his real friends are! =)
and of course my honey...
