HN Transition

Goodluck to us --- me, Drei and Teret! Haaaaaaay... =( The three of us were transferred to the night shift to handle Wave 46 HN Transition. It's a very big responsibility. Hard and challenging at the same time. We have to think of more ACTION PLANS! We are way way way off the AHT target... haaaaaayyyy. Guys if you can read this... let's work together to achieve our goals! Go Team!
